Symptoms


On : 10.3.6 version, WLS Security

A user account can connect to WLS console but not to FMW EM console.

"webogic" account is able to login to both.

Error text is shown as a pop-up window on login page, it reads:
     


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. call EM Console: http://host:port/em
