Symptoms

View Object Execute Query is not fetching latest records from MySQL Database, inserted by another transaction.

For example:
-User A opens page, VO execute query runs and uses CreateInsert to insert new record in ADF table.
-User B adds new records to the MySQL DB in a different transaction.
-User B doesn't sees new record insert by User A, and vice-versa, when he/she performs an execute query to repopulate the web page.
