Goal
When using WCS 12.2.1.3 with the CSDT version 12.2.1.184264.
Eclipse expected jars like commons-lang3-3.1.jar to show up in the JAVA bulid path, but after copying the WEB-INF from a remove Sites instance to Eclipse workspace, it is still showing these jars are missing.
