Site Studio Website is Not Appearing in One Node of a WebCenter Content (WCC) Server Clustered Environment (Doc ID 2462738.1)

Symptoms

Site Studio website is not available under the website tab in node B of clustered WCC Server instance, Site appears in node A.   This results in not being able to open the Site Studio site 50% of the time. 

WCC logging shows error when user fails to access the site:

The log also contains numerous references to failed Auto Suggest attempts.
