Case Source Is Lost By EDQ After Importing Another Case Source Which Is a Copy of the Original Source (Doc ID 2463373.1)

Symptoms

Users may see errors in working with existing Cases and Alerts as follows:


  Mapping is not in Source Data
    A case management Source must be Specified

Also the following may be seen.

  Source <Case Source> not found (Code: 300,013)

An attempt to import the missing <Case Source> raises a Null Pointer error.






Changes

 A Case Source was imported into the system and that Case Source was a copy of the missing Case Source.
