ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Paste and OMBCOPY very slow

OWB works correctly with fast response for most tasks, but pasting an object in Design Center or executing command OMBCOPY in OMB*Plus takes extremely long. A simple table with a few columns takes more than 5 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Copy/paste should be fast.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Copy/paste operation slows down production design.
Due to this issue, users cannot copy.
