WebCenter Enterprise Capture Import Processor Folder Source Is Not Picking Up Files from Mapped Drive (Doc ID 2464386.1)

Symptoms

When the WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) Import source folder is configured to a mapped network drive, documents are not imported.  Files are processed properly using a local drive. The mapped drive is:

<Drive_Letter>:\ipm\import\expensereports

Changes

Upgrade to version 12c, new mapped drive import folder source configured.
