Does Setting High Value To The IpMonitor Timeout Cluster Members Experience Packet Delivery Timeout Errors? (Doc ID 2464406.1)

Goal

On 12.2.1.2.2 version, from the cluster nodes hosted on the VMs departed. There are a few suspicious Coherence log entries around that time in the logs as follows. Is the below exceptions are elevated because the TCP IP monitor timeout set to a high value, for an example 70 seconds?
