"ODI-10153: READ permission on entity oracle.odi.domain.topology.OdiContext User Staging is denied." Error Received when Non-Supervisor User Edits ODI 11.1.1.9.0 Load Plans (Doc ID 2465022.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute a load plan as a Non-Supervisor user in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11.1.1.9, the following error occurs:

oracle.odi.core.security.PermissionDeniedException: ODI-10153: READ permission on entity oracle.odi.domain.topology.OdiContext User Staging is denied.
at oracle.odi.core.security.Authentication.checkPermission(Authentication.java:668)
at oracle.odi.core.security.SecurityManager.checkPermission(SecurityManager.java:910)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch ODI Studio and have the ODI Supervisor user create two contexts.
2. Assign one context to a Non-Supervisor ODI User.
3. If necessary, assign custom Profiles to the Non-Supervisor user.
4. Next, have the Supervisor user create a Load Plan.
5. Login as the Non-Supervisor user and execute the Load Plan.
6. Observe the error stack reported above.
