AccessPermission Exceptions After Pack/Unpack On HA Environment (Doc ID 2465589.1)

On : version, when attempting to startup OIM and SOA after unpacking on Node 2 the following errors occurs.

Error On OIM Server

1) Install OIM/SOA as per the HA guide.
2) After packing on Node 1,unpacking on Node 2, when starting up the servers for the first time, the above errors are seen.
