On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, AS Cloning

The documentation for "Moving a Multinode Oracle Fusion Middleware to New Host" is being executed.   The chghost script for the managed server is being run as follows:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Cloning 12.2.1.3 at URL,https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/lifecycle/12.2.1.3/asadm/changing-network-configurations.html#GUID-187B2688-D7A2-4FE0-9D31-72B619C65BAE
2. It fails on the chghost script (Step 14) for the managed server
