Symptoms

When attempting to load a ldif file using Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) into OID 12c, the following error occurs:

Error. While trying to look up comp/env/wm/default in /app/webapp/odsm/<number>.


With heavy trace debug set in OID, the AdminServer-diagnostic.log shows:
