Symptoms
After successfully upgrading WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3 in a development environment, when launching the existing version of dc-client (which is still 12.2.1.2 in QA and Prod environment), the DC client is failing to launch in QA and Prod.
Error message is
File oracle.dc.oitexport.native-win-x86-32 12.213.0 was not found on server
Changes
Upgrade 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3.
