Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks when doing PSU upgrade, issue of Guest vServer upgrade failing is seen.

Below "FAILED - Installing Uptrack RPMs" errors related to uptrack-offline-1.2.42 RPM are seen in Exapatch log at the time of the issue.
