Goal

Convey the tools / jar required to perform migration to Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) version 11.1.1.7.4 first (using EDQ 11.1.1.7.4 migration tools) and afterwards migrate to EDQ 12.2.1.3 using the 12.2.1.3 tools.
