After Login, Unexpected Token Error And Content Tree Is Not Loading

Symptoms
In a clustered setup, Content Tree is not loading properly with the following UI Error: "Unexpected token >" when attempt to access through LB layer above the Firewall in the infrastructure stack
No issues seen when attempting to load UI at WCS layer, nor at the OHS --> WCS layer. When attempting to load the UI at the LB layer with a firewall configured, the following error was seen in the sites.log:
