Symptoms

In Exalogic Racks (both Physical and Virtual racks) running 2.0.6.3.180717 July 2018 PSU versions issue of ZFS Storage appliance Panic with "smbc_open_pipe()" errors is seen.

Below "smbc_open_pipe()" errors are seen in debug.sys logs on the affected ZFS head.
