Using Solaris Opening A Document In Both Viewers Generates Errors "failed image conversion" and "Error getting document" (Doc ID 2470703.1)

Symptoms

When using Solaris images are not viewing in both the WebCenter Content: Imaging Advanced Viewer and Basic Viewer.  

Opening a document in the Imaging Basic Viewer generates the below error:

Document 5.IPM_xxxxxx failed image conversion and cannot be stored in the cache at this time. Please review the server log for details on the cause of the error.

Opening a document in the Imaging Advanced Viewer generates the below error:

Error getting document. There was an error getting the document. Please verify the document ID.
