OAG Call Fails Randomly With Error:140E0197:SSL Routines:SSL_shutdown While Invoking OSB Service (Doc ID 2471694.1)

Symptoms

OAG 11.1.2.4.0.

OAG Policy which calls OSB proxy service though secure protocol works normally when there are few calls.

However, it failes with below error when multiple requests come in within small time span, like 4-5 requests between 1-2 seconds.
