Symptoms

Error in Document Conversion Processor when processing some PDF documents with WebCenter Enterprise Capture 11.1.1.9.0 on Windows. The below error only occurs on some documents:

Image export failed with code 3.. Your system may be lacking a required X Windows component, such as libXm.so.3, which is required by libos_xwin.so. Ensure that your system has either openmotif-2.3.2+ or lesstif-0.9.x+ installed.
