Symptoms
An update of keystore passphrase via Administration Console requires the server to be restarted even thought the "passphrase" field in Summary of Servers > "Server" > General > Keystore shows as dynamic.
- Note that there is no warning yellow triangle icon next to this field (meaning non dynamic).
Below messages are prompted when updating a keystore passphrase.
