Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 12c PS3 (OAM 12.2.1.3)

We have API Gateway at client's side which is being configured to validate OAuth Tokens with OAM 12.2.1.3.0

API Gateway is securing APIs which are to be consumed by front end applications.

Front end application is generating OAuth token by calling token generation rest api at http://<OAM_HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PORT>oauth2/rest/token

We have provided "oracert.der" from "<DOMAIN_HOME>/config/fmwconfig/default-keystore.jks" to API Gateway.

But now when API cloud gateway tries to validate OAuth token, it throws below error:
