ISSUE
-----------------------
When a SOAP service is executed by a user that updates the value to a custom metadata field (type date) in WebCenter content, the value result is 5 hours less than original value entered.
For example, if the user send the date 2018-10-23 10:00:00 to the custom metadata field the result is 2018-10-23 05:00:00. This problem only happens with the custom metadata fields, because the release date works fine. Also, the user's configuration time zone is on UTC-05:00.
