Problem Description :
======================

While changing the property of an item from property pallete, Forms builder
crashes with segmentation fault on Solaris machine. The builder core dumps
mainly while modifying the properties not having a Poplist or List of Values
for its values viz. an Item Name or Prompt which do not have any List of
Values to choose from but user needs to enter a value for these properties.
