WebLogic SQLServer JDBC Driver Finalizer Method Caused OutOfMemoryError (Doc ID 2474828.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic Server when you have JDBC DataSource configured to use WebLogic SQLServer driver - you note intermittently OutOfMemoryError thrown.

When you get HeapDump from OutOfMemoryError time and it show java.lang.ref.Finalizer reference much of retained memory, and those finalizers are referenced by weblogic.jdbc.sqlserver.*.
