Upgrade To Coherence 220.127.116.11.x Causing The Proxy Nodes To Take 100% CPU Indefinitely

A user reported that after upgrading coherence from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199.0, sporadically getting timeout exceptions and causing the nodes to become unresponsive. At some sporadic point after these errors (sometimes multiple hours), usually one or two proxy nodes also start taking 100% CPU. The system becomes unusable and unreliable after these timeouts occur.
