Symptoms

When using OAM 12c with end-users stored in an OUD LDAP server login/authentication will fail with a "PASSWORD_MUST_CHANGE_WARNING" error and the following java stack trace for users that have the OUD Password Policy Operation Attribute "pwdreset" set to "True":
