Symptoms

Access ords application using https protocol against Oracle HTTP Server, the return URLs are using http instead of https.
OHS forwards request to ORDS application hosted on Tomcat using mod_proxy

Request Topology:
  Browser <https> OHS <http> Tomcat/ords

Initial URL:      https://ohsHost/ords
Returned URL: http://ohsHost/ords/...

Mod_proxy directives configured in httpd.conf
