OGG Monitor Agent (jagent) 12.2.1.x Spike CPU Randomly (Doc ID 2478792.1)

Symptoms

OGG Monitor Agent (jagent) uses around 20% CPU continuously with random "Spikes" up to 90% over time.

ogg_agent.log and/or JAGENT.rpt sometimes report:
