The BatchLoader and Configuration Manager launched as standalone applets will not open and generate the following error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Attempt to open the Configuration Manager or the BatchLoader from an Xterm session, GUI shell, or Command Window.

The error is launched at the Loading cached tables process.
