Symptoms


In OIM12c after adding Lookup type field, the UI shows duplicate UISelectItems if multiple fields are added in Self Service UI for Role and user Create/Modify view pages.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login Into Identity console
2. Activate a sandbox
3. Add the multiple UDFs on the Create/Modify page of Role or User with Lookup type field.
