Symptoms
When attempting to execute a Package that was imported from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g into 12.2.1.3.0, a step that is attempting to truncate a table where the table name has 39 characters fails, and the table name is truncated to 30 characters.
The same Integration Interface in 11g also truncates the table name, but there it truncates to 27 characters.
