ECE Domain Coherence Federation Clusters Are Facing Connection Errors After RollingUpgrade Or RollingRestart In The Secondary Site (Doc ID 2486543.1)

Symptoms

In the 12.2.1.0.7 environment user is having runtime federation’s participant connection issues while doing restarts of the members of the clusters listed in the federation. In this case, lost replication connection with secondary site after rollingUpgrade in secondary site, facing some connection errors between clusters federation process, after we performed a rollingUpgrade in secondary site. The errors are coherence errors that seems that some processes are not reconnecting, need to know if need to stop the replication before the rollingUpgrade or if is a configuration problem. User noticed that Federation coordinator shows 34% of the members in CONNECT_WAIT state the remaining are in IDLE state.
