On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) using Oracle Database, multiple concurrent jobs utilize the same database sequence to specify what data they transfer from a common table, which is partitioned and pulled based on an identifier unique to each job.

While these jobs used to finish in a few minutes, they are now taking about ten times as long. Even separately at the original time, the jobs are slow. Re-executing the jobs thirty minutes later results in the expected times. There was no data volume change or additional jobs added to the schedule.
