APEX mport fails only with ORDS deployed in WLS (Weblogic Server) configured Oracle HTTP Server plug-in.   : Connection Was Forcibly Closed By The Remote Host

The ORDS is deployed in a WebLogic 12.2.1.3.0 with jdk1.8.0_131 and an OHS 12.2.1.3.0

APEX applications with more than 30Mb have failed during the importing process when they are performed from the OHS / WLS / ORDS interface with the error: Connection Was Forcibly Closed By The Remote Host

The WebLogic server's logs have the following error message:

The requests work if: 

• The file size in < 30 MB
• The request is made using standalone ORDS.
• The request by passes OHS and is run directly using the Weblogic managed server / port.
