Symptoms

On WebLogic server 12.2.1, Stuck thread are intermittently reported with below stack trace
This environment does not have ADF installed, but use PrimeFaces and JSF 2.2.4. Custom Portal application bundle and use jsf-impl-2.2.4.jar; jsf-api-2.2.4.jar from within application deployed on WebLogic.
