Symptoms

This is a database timeout issue that is external to Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ). It limits the time a single EDQ connection can run, and can cause processes to fail with the following being reported in EDQ logs:

SEVERE: 12-Dec-2018 04:25:42: [EDQ-10324] Connection to configuration database failed - attempt 1 of 2: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection for datasource 'XXXXXXXX_RESULTS'.
