Oracle SQL*developer Migration Error Ora-06510, 06512, 01403 (Doc ID 2491113.1)

Symptoms

You are performming an online migration of SQL Server 2008 R2 with SQL Developer version 18.1 or 18.2

It fails with an error and also requested the Customer 
to download the latest version 1.3.1 driver from the following  
link but this does not resolve the issue.

The Mirgation log shows the following information:
