Symptoms

After upgrading to Sites 12.2.1.3.181015 (BP2), Eloqua forms stopped working.

Pages that load Eloqua forms do not display the form and the Contributor UI does not display the Eloqua forms in the tree.

Changes

Upgraded to 12.2.1.3.181015 (BP2).
