Symptoms

We restarted our two node cluster of WebCenter Content recently.  One node started successfully and the other did not and reported a message containing the following line:

Caused By: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /apps/u02/share/wccprod_domain/ucm_cluster/cs/config/state.cfg.tmp (Read-only file system)
