SAF connectivity is failing after applying Patch 25475820 (JMS Bridges Not Working in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.2.0)

There is one source environment and two target environment

Source Environment => 12c SOA (12212)

First Target Environment=> 12c OSM (12212)

Second Target  Environment => 11g OSM (1036)

Initially SAF connectivity was working fine between Source and OSM 12c Environment. They observed below issues for connection between source and OSM 11g Environment.

So to resolve this they have applied Patch 25475820 to Source Environment (ie 12c SOA 12212) .

After applying the patch on Source Environment : SOA 12c to OSM 11g(10.3.6) connection works fine and SOA 12c to OSM 12c does not work.
