Failed To Upgrade WebCenter Portal Application to 12c (Doc ID 2493569.1)

Symptoms

While running upgradeWebCenterPortal, it is returning below error message.

[TRACE]: Either the migration from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders did not succeed or the WebCenter Content Server foldering service used is not supported. Supported foldering service is FrameworkFolders version 2.1 and above.

[TRACE]: For migration to FrameworkFolders from Folders_g, Use help('exportFoldersGData') for pre migration step and help('migrateFoldersGDataToFrameworkFolders') for post migration step.

[TRACE]: Failed to upgrade WebCenter Portal application.

[TRACE]: Exiting class: Lifecycle, method: upgradeWebCenterPortal
