Double-quotation can't be used in the "Transformation Rules" (Doc ID 2494656.1)

Symptoms

When Creating a Data Load Wizard refer following

At the "Transformation Rules" setting, if using double-quotation with the colum name like the following in the expression

The "Action" colum will be "FAILED" when execute data load like the followoing.
