Tuxedo Installation Fail with the Error "The Java RunTime Environment was not found" (Doc ID 2494938.1)

Symptoms

On : Tuxedo 12.2.2 version, On Windows platform when JAVA_HOME is set to the default location "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_181" Tuxedo silent installation fails with the following error.


To reproduce the issue:
1. Set the JAVA_HOME if it is not set.
set JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_181

2. Run the setup.bat in silent mode.
D:\xxxx\installer\tux\tuxedo122200_64_win_2k8_x86_VS2015\Disk1\install\setup.bat -silent -responseFile D:\xxxx\SRData\tux\3-18961333371\install_oracle11g.rsp
