Symptoms

Every few minutes the Diagnostic Framework is creating new incident dumps which are causing high CPU performance.

It is seen that 95 % of CPU taken by below DFW thread ,


In this case, the issue was happening on an OIM 11.1.2.3 environment where the underlying DFW version is 11.1.1.9
