Symptoms

Configuring Secure Enterprise Search (SES) in WebCenter Portal (WCP).
WCP: Version 12.2.1.3.0 (Build 170821.0703.S)
SES: SES BUNDLE PATCH 11.2.2.2.7

Following message is reported in the Portal server log:

[<TIMESTAMP>] [wc_portal1] [WARNING] [WCS-26736] [oracle.webcenter.search.model.util.SearchUtil] [tid: [STANDBY].ExecuteThread: '47' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: webcenter] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Primary Search Connection URL http://<SES_HOSTNAME>:<SES_PORT>/search/query/OracleSearch or index  not configured.
