Migration from OVD -> ODSEE to OUD Proxy -> ODSEE,

Is it possible implement this requirement:

In the 11gR2 OIM-OAM-OVD-ODSEE integrated environment, the OVD plug-in is used to mask the value of obpasswordchangeflag to always "false":

"VirtualAttributePlugin: com.octetstring.vde.chain.plugins.virtualattr.VirtualAttributePlugin

 ReplaceAttribute: obpasswordchangeflag=false

Then when searching a user via OVD, asking for the 'obpasswordchangeflag' attribute, the value "false" is returned, even if its real value is 'true' in the back end Directory Server instance.

Can the same goal be achieved in OUD Proxy via the "Add Outbound Attribute Transformation" configuration?
