Apex 500 error 404 error with ORDS in WLS but standalone mode works -- Cause ICAP Server parameters (Doc ID 2497869.1)

Accessing Apex using ORDS standalone mode works perfectly fine.

But when deployed in Weblogic server the output is Failure of Apache bridge error:
