Symptoms
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11.1.1.9.0 configured for TLS for TLSv1.0 communication with Oracle Database (DB).
DB sqlnet.ora is configured for client/server or mutual authentication:
And OVD starts successfully and can query data from the adapter via ODSM connected to OVD, so there should be no firewall issues.
