Content UI Child DCL Fields Don't Update When The Parent Changes (Doc ID 2498091.1)

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Content UI changing the value in a DCL Parent field doesn't update the child field to show the expected values/

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The child field should update from the change in the Parent field

STEPS
-----------------------
Create parents Parent-1 and Parent-2.
Create child Parent-1-1 under Parent-1.
Create child Parent-2-1 under Parent-2.

Click upload, add a file.
Select parent Parent-1
Select child Parent-1-1
Change parent to to Parent-2
Child Parent-1-1 remains even though it does not exist as a child for Parent-2.
